🐕 Bluey — Quick Reference

Account

Click the 👤 button in the header to open account settings:

• Upload a profile picture — shown on your message bubbles throughout the chat
• Change your display name and password
• Download the Windows Client Agent — connects Bluey to your PC
• Test your TTS voice selection

You can sign in with your username or email address.

Input Bar

• ✏️ Prompt help — tap before sending an image request. Bluey expands your description into a detailed optimised prompt and shows it to you first — you can edit it or generate as-is. Works with any style selected in the dropdown. Tap once for one message only (resets after send). Tap twice to lock it on permanently (solid fill) — stays active for every image request until you tap a third time to turn it off.
• Auto dropdown — choose an image style, force a web search, photo search, or YouTube search, bring a note into the conversation, or focus a specific document.
• Actions dropdown — launch a saved prompt preset. See Prompt Presets below.
• 🎤 Mic — tap to start recording, speak naturally. Bluey automatically detects when you've stopped talking (about 1.8 seconds of silence) and sends your message without any confirmation step — same as Siri. Tap the mic again while recording to stop manually and insert the text without sending. If you need more time, there's a 20-second hard cap before it auto-stops.
• 🎤 Voice activation — say "Hey Bluey" to start recording hands-free, no tap needed. Toggle this on or off in the Voice section of the account settings page. Note: voice activation is currently in progress — behaviour may be inconsistent, especially near speakers playing TTS audio.
• 🖼️ Image — attach an image for Bluey to analyse. On desktop you can also drag and drop an image directly onto the chat.
• 📎 File — attach a text, PDF, Word, or Excel file. Bluey reads the contents as part of that message only — one file at a time, 2 MB max. On desktop you can drag and drop files too. To give Bluey a file she can reference in any future conversation, use 📄 Documents in the sidebar instead (up to 10 MB per file).

Tips

• Shift+Enter for a new line; Enter to send
• ☰ toggles the sidebar (conversations + settings on mobile)
• Refreshing on mobile puts you back in the chat you were in
• Pull down from the top of the chat to reload the page on mobile
• Hover a message or conversation to reveal the delete (✕) button
• Swipe left on a conversation to delete it on mobile
• Click a Keepsake thumbnail to open it full-size
• Sidebar section headers show a live count (e.g. 3/25, 2/20) so you always know how much space is left
• Sign Out revokes your session — use the button in the header
• No account? Click Request access on the login screen to submit a request

Image Generation

Ask for an image using natural language — the model is chosen automatically based on style keywords:

• generate a stormy ocean at night → Juggernaut XL (photo)
• draw an anime girl with silver hair → NoobAI XL (anime)
• paint a realistic portrait of a woman → Juggernaut XL (realistic)
• sketch a cartoon fox in a leather jacket → Pony Diffusion XL (cartoon)
• draw an illustrious anime character → Illustrious XL (illustrious)

You can also pick a style manually using the dropdown left of the input. The Illustrious section offers the base Illustrious XL model plus Mech and Mythic Fantasy LoRA sub-styles.

Triggers on messages containing a visual verb (draw, generate, create, make, paint, sketch, render, illustrate) and an image noun (image, picture, photo, anime, cartoon, portrait…), or show me. Short affirmations like sure or go ahead also work if Bluey just proposed an image. Saying "tell and show me…" gets both a story and an illustration.

Note: Image generation takes around 45–60 seconds. The image model is unloaded after each generation to free memory for the AI — so if you ask for another image right after, expect a similar wait while it reloads.

Voice

Toggle voice on/off with the Voice button. Use the dropdown to choose from Kokoro's built-in voices — US English male and female options. Your selection is remembered between sessions.

On mobile, the Voice toggle and voice selector are in the ☰ sidebar.

Note: Voice audio starts a few seconds after the text response finishes — TTS synthesis runs after the full reply is received, then plays sentence by sentence. This is normal.

Mode & Persona

Use the Mode dropdown to tune Bluey's focus (IT, Coding, Creative, etc.). Use the Persona field to override her personality for a new chat.

On mobile, both controls are in the ☰ sidebar. Persona only applies to new chats — not existing ones.

Prompt Presets

The Actions dropdown (next to the Auto dropdown in the input bar) stores your own reusable prompt templates — great for things you type often.

• Use a preset — open Actions and tap a preset name. The prompt fills the input so you can send it as-is or tweak it first.
• Create a preset — open Actions → tap ＋ New preset → enter a short name and the prompt text → Save. You can save up to 20 presets per account.
• Delete a preset — hover (or long-press on mobile) a preset row to reveal the 🗑 trash icon, then tap it.
• Presets are saved to your account and available in every session.

Some ideas to get started:

• Summarise this document for me — pair with a focused document or file attachment
• Explain this code step by step — paste code after the preset fills in
• Write a 7-day meal plan including a shopping list
• Translate the following into Spanish:
• What are the key action points from this?

Memory

Bluey remembers facts about you and your environment across all sessions. Memory is stored in memory.md — deleting a conversation does not erase it.

• Bluey saves things automatically when you mention them
• You can ask: "what do you remember about me?"
• You can ask: "forget that I use VS Code"

Documents

Upload files that Bluey can search and reference in any future conversation — not just the current message. Find the 📄 Documents section in the sidebar.

• Supported formats: .pdf .docx .txt .md .csv — up to 10 MB each, 20 documents per account
• Click ＋ Upload document to select a file — Bluey will process and index it (takes up to ~60 seconds for a large document)
• Each document shows a chunk count and upload date; click 🗑 to delete it permanently
• Bluey searches your documents automatically when you reference them — "in my recipe", "what does the manual say", "according to my notes"
• You can also ask directly: "search my documents for X"
• Focus a specific document — open the dropdown left of the input and pick a document from the Focus document group. A green bar appears above the input showing which file is focused. Every message you send will search only that document until you ✕ close the bar.

Keepsakes, Notes & Lists, and The Fridge

Three sections in the sidebar (separated by lines) for saving and sharing content with the family.

Keepsakes

Save generated images directly from chat — up to 25 per account. Each image has a Save, Share, and View button. You can also share an image to The Fridge straight from the chat without saving it first.

Notes & Lists

Write your own notes and lists or ask Bluey to create one for you — up to 25 per account. Each note can be edited, deleted, or shared. Click + New to open the note editor and choose between a 📝 Note or a ☑️ List.

Use 📋 Bring note to chat in the dropdown left of the input to load a note into the conversation — Bluey can read, edit, or extend it. A blue bar above the input shows which note is active. After Bluey replies, an Update Note button saves her response back to that note.

The Fridge

A shared family space. Anything shared from Keepsakes or Notes appears here for everyone to see — up to 200 items in total. When the fridge is full, sharing something new will ask you to confirm dropping the oldest item to make room. Removing something from The Fridge only unshares it — the original stays in the owner's Keepsakes or Notes. You can remove your own items. You can also remove anyone's items.

File Attachments

One file per message — Bluey reads it as part of that message only. Supported formats:

• Text / code: .txt .md .py .js .ts .json .csv .html .css .yaml .xml .log .sql
• Documents: .pdf .docx .doc
• Spreadsheets: .xlsx .xls .xlsm — each sheet is converted to CSV
• Files over 2 MB are truncated with a warning. For larger files (up to 10 MB) use 📄 Documents in the sidebar — those are indexed and searchable across all conversations.
• You can send a file with or without a message — e.g. just attach a file and ask "summarise this"

Tools Bluey Can Use

Everyone

• Web search — look things up via DuckDuckGo
• Image search — find real existing photos and images on the web
• YouTube search — find videos on YouTube; select YouTube search or YouTube — surprise me from the dropdown, or just ask "find me a video about…"
• Image generation — Juggernaut XL (photo/realistic), NoobAI XL (anime), Pony Diffusion XL (cartoon), Illustrious XL v1.1 with Mech and Mythic Fantasy LoRAs (via dropdown)
• Document search — Bluey searches your uploaded documents when you reference them. Only available once you've uploaded at least one document via the 📄 sidebar section.
• Memory — remembers facts about you across sessions

When Windows client is connected

• run_powershell — run PowerShell scripts on your connected Windows PC
• query_event_log — query Windows Event Log (Application, System, Security)
• get_client_system_info — system specs from your Windows PC, no elevation needed

Windows Client Agent

Install the Bluey client agent on your Windows PC to let Bluey run commands and check system info on your machine. Download it from the 👤 Account panel — the button appears whether or not a device is connected.

• Double-click the .exe to install — a setup wizard walks you through registration
• The agent runs silently in the system tray (green dot = connected, red = disconnected)
• Once connected, Bluey automatically uses Windows tools instead of Linux ones

How script confirmation works

Scripts never run silently. Two gates protect every execution:

1. Proposal card — Bluey shows you the script and explanation in the chat before anything runs. Click Yeah, run it to proceed or Hard pass to cancel.
2. Windows UAC — a Windows User Account Control prompt appears on your PC. You must click Yes to elevate and run the script.

System info queries (CPU, RAM, disk, uptime) bypass both gates — they use psutil and require no elevation.

Trust tiers

• Standard (default) — proposal card + UAC for scripts; psutil info is instant
• Trusted (admin-granted) — scripts execute immediately, no card, no UAC

Admins can change a device's trust tier in ⚙ Admin → Devices.

Pentesting & Security

Bluey knows offensive and defensive security. Ask about:

• nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark, BloodHound, Mimikatz
• CTF challenges, privilege escalation, lateral movement
• Hardening, detection, and incident response

Remote Access

Bluey can be accessed from any device via a Cloudflare Tunnel — no port forwarding required. Your admin sets this up on the server. The URL is either a temporary trycloudflare.com address or a permanent custom domain.

All remote access goes through Bluey's own login — your username and password work the same from anywhere.

The Fridge already has 200 shared items — the maximum allowed.
To share this, the oldest item (an item) will be removed from the Fridge automatically.

The item will only be unshared — it won't be deleted from its owner.
